Patient Details
Twenty six year old with mild pectus excavatum, a depressed lower sternum, and what she believed were under-developed breasts. Rib shape influences breast position, symmetry, and orientation of nipple areola complexes. In keeping with her request for small augmentation, proportionate with her thin stature, moderate profile textured surface saline implants were placed deep to pectoralis major muscle through opening at bottom of breasts.
Amplified from A to full B-small C cup. Photo three months following procedure.
