The requested change was for fullness of the upper inner breasts, and cleavage, without disproporionately large breasts. Implants selected and positioned slightly medially and superiorly to meet her needs, through inframammary crease. The inframammary crease approach means the implants were placed through an opening created at the lower border of the breast, within the crease at the bottom of the breasts where they meet the chest wall.
