Patient Details
Presentation with old breast implants around which fibrous capsule has formed, defining margins of implant clearly in this thin patient. She desired about same size, and refused breast lift (mastopexy) to avoid associated scars. Photos before and six months after surgical removal of capsules and replacement of old implants with similar sized, submuscular silicone gel devices.
