Patient Details
Presentation with uncomfortable and unappealing fibrous "capsular contracture" around both right and left breast implants. She wanted about the same size, but more natural result. Refused breast lift to avoid related scars.
At surgery, removal of capsule around implants accomplished, and implants replaced beneath pectoralis muscle through old areolar scar bilaterally. Photos before and two weeks after surgery.
