53 year old business executive from Carlsbad, CA complains of aging lower eyelids. She had lower eyelid rejuvenation procedure to fill the hollows in this area and lift the cheeks for a more youthful appearance. Under the same anesthetic, her “corrugator” muscles were removed to create a permanent Botox® effect, and she had neck rejuvenation (necklift) as well. A small upper eyelid blood clot following surgery was evacuated, and the scar in this area revised in Dr. Laverson’s office. Photo six months after surgery.
