Upper and lower eyelid procedure, three hours in surgery center, general anesthesia. Closely examine before picture. Notice hollow upper eyelids and sharp delineation between bulging lower eyelid and cheek, which separates from lower eyelid by furrow and which has descended with aging process. There is also wrinkled skin around and on eyelids. the goal of procedure, to create more youthful appearance, includes filling upper and lower eyelid hollows, removal of excess skin, lifting cheek, supporting lower eyelid, and smoothing interface between lower eyelids and cheek.
