Patient Details
Before and two months after brachioplasty, a surgical procedure to thin upper arms (above elbow) by removal of skin and fat. The operation is highly successful, but leaves a scar along the back of the inner arm. Dr. Laverson incorporates strategies to minimize the visibility of scar, but sometimes it widens regardless, and needs office revision under local anesthesia months after the initial arm-lift to further help it disappear. Steve Laverson, MD, San Diego Plastic Surgeon.
