Patient is a 48 year-old mother of twins by cesarean section who nursed and present with bulging central abdominal wall and discomfort related to a 2cm umbilical hernia. She wishes to improve her appearance by removing loose abdominal skin, repairing umbilical herniorrhaphy to improve her daily activities.
