42 yr old professional had deviated septum and airway obstruction within nose, and wanted nose slightly more feminine and cute. Open technique (small scar on skin between nostrils) with straightening of septum performed, top of nose slightly lowered and narrowed, and tip slightly raised. Photo taken four weeks after procedure.
