Young mom from San Diego requests lowering of small bump on top of nose, but only to small degree. Specifically wants nose not to look artificial. Also wants wide nose narrowed. Rhinoplasty procedure performed through internal opening to flatten small bump on top of nose. Photo taken six weeks after procedure (tip still swollen).
