Before and three months after neck lift, lower face lift, and corner of lip lift. Every effort is made to preserve her visual identity by changing ONLY aging features, not the basic dimensions that have always defined her appearance. Differentiating features of IDENTITY from features of AGING is an exercise in diagnosis mastered by surgeons with innate artistic nature and with advanced anatomic and aesthetic understanding. The results are natural and younger, not pulled, tightened, stretched, or distorted. She's still a bit swollen (lower face and neck) in the three months after photos.
