Before and TEN YEARS after breast augmentation-areola breast lift and tummy tuck with recent fifty pound weight loss. In the after picture, patient presenting for implant exchange or removal with secondary breast lift and abdominal skin tightening. Weight loss has trimmed body very nicely but caused breast sagging and loosening of abdominal skin. Also note mild capsular contracture tightening around right breast implant.
