42 year old mother of three and registered nurse before and three months after breast augmentation and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), Steve Laverson, MD, San Diego Plastic Surgeon. She chose round textured silicone breast implants in sub-pectoral position, placed from infra-mammary (beneath the breast) approach. After tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), Dr. Laverson recommends compression garment(s) for three months and scar management requiring patient participation.
