49 year old gave birth to EIGHT children including several surrogates before and four months after breast implant exchange, breast lifts, and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). She chose saline implants. Due to breast size asymmetry before her first augmentation (right smaller than left), she wanted larger on the right side (550 cc) than her left side (460 cc).
