Before and three months after right sided labia reduction to symmetrize longer hanging uncomfortable right labia (one side labiaplasty) with shorter, more petite left side. She liked the size, shape, and appearance of her left side, and only the elongated skin of the right side was uncomfortable for her. Office procedure, 90 minutes, local anesthesia.
