Patient Details
She had amputation type (trim) labiaplasty by another surgeon who left raggedy edges, too much skin, pigment irregularities with poor alignment, and patient was generally unhappy with appearance and remaining labial discomfort. Before picture shows markings for careful revision procedure, performed comfortably in office. She was pleased with the "after" result, and wanted no further revision.
