Patient presents with protrusion of long thick inner labia no discomfort but she desire to change the appearance of the vulva for a more aesthetic look. To accomplish this, reduction of the inner labia was accomplished to align with the outer labia. This was an out patient procedure done under local anesthetic by Dr. Steve Laverson MD.
