Before and eight months after face, neck, and temporal browlift with laser treatment of skin around eyelids. Facelift in the younger patient is more of a preventive procedure. Youthful and beautiful features should be preserved, but skin repositioned and secured to avoid development of descent and loosening in subsequent years. The final appearance is often little changed from before, but note correction of loose skin in the cheek area.
