Before and three months after fat transfer from waist, flanks, and upper inner thighs to buttocks. Patient very compliant after procedure to avoid application of pressure to buttocks by using BBL pillow, laying only on side or prone, and using custom garment to apply pressure over areas of fat removal and avoid pressure over buttocks where fat was transferred.
