Before and after temporal browlift / foreheadplasty. She is elevating her brows in the before picture, but relaxed in the after photo, thus brows seem nearly at the same level. The difference is that after browlift, she no longer feels the reflexive need to continuously elevate her brow. Her lateral brows are in a youthful position and have a feminine shape even when relaxed.
