82 year old woman with back, neck, shoulder pain and lifelong large, low breasts desperate for relief. Photos taken before and three weeks after procedure. Dr. Laverson uses the "circumvertical" pattern of closure, creating a scar around the areolar margin and vertically below the areola down to the crease along the bottom of the breast. This scar is very well hidden beneath most types of swimwear and tops, and fades nicely over time in most cases.
