Before and six months after breast lift without breast implants. For 12-18 months following this type of procedure, breasts settle gravitationally down, and scars heal, becoming more obscure. Occasionally, minor revision procedures in the office are required to adjust imperfections that develop or become apparent during this period of healing and settling.
