Before and six months after breast lift without breast implants. Breast Lift (mastopexy) was performed under general anesthesia with abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) in this case. The technique applied by Dr. Laverson separates glandular unit (nipple, areola, and underlying gland all remain together in continuity) from overlying skin. The gland is lifted and secured with internal sutures higher on the chest. An internal supportive sling (like an internal bra) stablizes the breast in its elevated position, then skin is redraped over the rounded, lifted breast, and excess skin removed.
