Before and three months after lollipop (vertical) mastopexy (breast lift) procedure. No breast implants at all, just surgical lifting, shaping, and stabilizing the breast in a more elevated position on the chest. This procedure, commonly performed after post-partum and post-nursing breast involution (shrinking of the breast gland) and settling may be accomplished in a variety of ways depending on patient situation and surgeon's skills, experience, and preferences.
