29 yr old mother of one before and after TWO augmenation procedures. The first was subpectoral Allergan form stable Natrelle Style 410 devices (FX410360). She was the first in San Diego to get these FX implants after FDA approval. After her procedure, the left implant was noticeably higher than her right, possibly from post-surgical acute muscle spasm affecting the eccentrically shaped device. In any case, she wanted larger breasts and round shape, so was replaced with Natrelle Inspira TRX-545 (545cc) round textured surface implants, which proved satisfactory.
