32 year old San Diego woman with darker toned skin and A-B cup wants breast augmentation to C-D cup to look more shapely and fill out tops and her favorite styles better. Mid-range profile implants selected, submuscular position, through inframammary approach. In selecting implant size, as with all women, volume implanted depends on her anatomy and aesthetic goals. In this case, 420 ml round silicone gel devices were chosen. Scar is imperceptible except upon closest examination, and nipple areola sensation preserved. Photo one year following procedure.
