64" tall, 106 lbs., involuted from 34DD post-partum to 32A cup, desired augmentation back to D or DD cup without breast lift. She tried a variety of breast sizes in office, and liked the look of high profile. Based on her chest dimensions, Natrelle (Allergan) silicone textured round full profile 450 ml. implants were selected, and positioned beneath her pectoralis muscle (dual-plane) via the infra-mammary approach.
