This mid-50's mom wanted her sagging breasts lifted, and her firm contracted implant capsules removed, and breasts enlarged. Based on pre-surgical consultation discussions, review of her measurements, and 3-D breast imaging, we selected Sientra 540cc moderate profile implants in sub-pectoral postion, and breast lift. Photos before and two months after total "en-bloc" capsulectomies with breast implant removal and replacement and bilateral (right and left sides) masotpexy (breast lift). Lollipop scar still visible, and fades over many months.
