Patient Details
Although pleased with breast size, she did not like left breast contour abnormality (crease across breast) that became worse with animation (chest muscle contraction). Also, she desired less space between breasts. Procedure included detachment of pectoralis muscle from left breast capsule, implant replacement with similar size, and technical maneuvers to diminish intermammary distance, bringing breasts together in midline.
