Before and after two treatments with Sculptra to soften hollows, creases, and shadows from weight loss in mid-face, lower eyelids, and cheeks. Patient also had upper and lower eyelid surgery, but this did not soften hollows and creases sufficiently. This case is an excellent example of how skillful use of both surgical and non-surgical approaches are sometimes necessary to achieve the comprehensive rejuvenation desired. Upper eyelid blepharoplasty included levator palpebrae superioris advancement for dehiscence from tarsal plate.
