Steve Laverson MD, A Professional Corporation (DBA Feel Beautiful Plastic Surgery (FB)), is the sole owner of information collected by feelbeautiful.com. FB only has access to and collects information that you voluntarily provide by electronic transmission, email, or other means. FB considers information you provide private, privileged, and part of your medical record. As such, under no circumstance will FB sell, rent, disclose, share, or distribute your information to any other person, business, non-profit, or entity.
FB uses information you submit to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, to schedule consultation, and/or to begin or update your medical record. FB does not disclose, duplicate, distribute, or otherwise share your private information with any third party outside of Feel Beautiful Plastic Surgery, except as necessary to service your request (e.g. to ship an order, to send a prescription, etc.), to mediate a dispute between you and FB, or to refer you to a more appropriately qualified professional.

Security

We protect your personally identifiable written information in locked files, accessed only by FB employees involved in direct patient care, customer service, or billing. Your electronic information may be entered into our user ID and password protected database which is stored offsite in gate guarded secured servers.  Data transmitted online is encrypted.
